Articles draw on scientific papers, clinical studies, reviews and other primary or authoritative sources. Where evidence is limited, early-stage or based mainly on laboratory or animal research, I try to make that distinction clear.
A treatment having a plausible biological mechanism is not the same thing as having strong clinical evidence.
And an interesting study is not necessarily proof.
